Please note; I want to purchase more from your site, but the customer service is causing me some issues. I am a new customer and this is my first order.
Has any of your customers ever spoken to a Lebaas online Customer Service Rep?
My delivery is due on Sep 16th, but I still don't have a tracking number. Despite calling during UK time, I'm having trouble getting through to them. When I do reach them, I only get 1 or 2-word responses that don't address my specific questions. Moreover, it takes them many days to respond. If language is the issue, I can speak English, Hindi, and Urdu. I just want to know if others have had a similar experience or if it's just me.
I really need to speak to someone @Lebass Team ASAP!!!

I place the order for this saree which comes under next day delivery. Tried calling UK timings couple of times, no one takes my call back. No one is getting back on my emails too. Getting text back into 2 words not trying to address first time customer concerns i selected customization need to go over some details. Really worried . They promised they wil refund 10% back as the coupon was not working when I placed order.
Customer service is poor!
