The customer service is most appalling, inconsistent and abrupt. I will never order from LebaasOnline again ever. They will not confirm stock, no update on whereabouts of the order even after 4 weeks. Agreed to give a refund as they accepted that they didn't have it. Only to backtrack and refuse refund within the hour and claim that it has been dispatched already. When I asked for proof of dispatch and tracking, I was given none for five days. Had given up and contacted my bank when tracking email arrived on the 6th day and delivery on the following day. It was an awful experience. The only way to contact them is via email that they never reply too and on WhatsApp one gets only one word abrupt replies. If my outfit hadn't been so expensive I would have been more forgiving but it's outrageous that they continue to behave in such a manner when the cost of outfits is to high. So much so that even though I am not too keen on the outfit I have decided to keep it only so I don't end up with a credit voucher (they don't do cash/bank refund) as I can't go through this again! Be warned.
